has anyone been having issues with heat rash on your babies this summer? mine had a rash, took a while to go away and now it's back again... besides keeping him dry and not putting lotion on it, is there anything else I should/should not be doing? he's a sweaty 7 month old... it's starting to spread to his face too

*picture will be in comments* I was getting this rash that started off as little bumps then turned into a bigger rash. It's on my armpit and it seems to be getting better since I stopped putting deodorant on it but the only thing that has really gone away is the burning sensation. Should I be concerned?.

I ended up putting a little a&if; diaper rash cream on it. Went away pretty quick
