Breast pumping mother I have a question: the little white medela membranes. Are they single use? Thy only supply 4. Do I toss after every use or can they be rinsed?

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
All Medela parts like that are re usable. Just make sure you wash and sanitize well. I always washed mine and put them in sterilizer, or if I had my lazy days I would wash and then put them in the Medela microwave sterilizer bags! Lol
