Ok so I've been taking birth control pills , and yesterday I started my sugarpills but haven't gotten my period. my questions are how would I know if I'm pregnant if I'm taking my pills everyday, and would it harm the baby?
I wish my kids would take a nap I'm so exhausted but I know it won't happen

I'm taking Camila birth control pills and I was wondering because I take my pills everyday at 12pm but today I didnt take it because I have to go get them will they stop working because I'm taking them a few hours later ???
Up 30 lbs ? Went to the doctor today and yup.... I've gained 30 pounds already. I'm 22w1d. My doctor is not worried at all. I was on phentermine pills (diet pills that help decrease appetite) before I got pregnant so my body was used to only eating once a day but I stopped taking them as soon as I thought I was pregnant. So now my body is just in shock with eating 3 meals plus snacks a day. I'm just like WOW 30lbs! I gained 45 with my first but I was heavier to start with my first . Oh well. Who else has gained this much?

@lagueradeb, If you suspect you're pregnant I'd go grab a little 88 cent pregnancy test. If it comes back positive you should quit taking your pills. It probably won't harm the baby as long as you stop taking them.
