I like the pill or the patch, would NOT recommend the arm implant, that thing screwed me up and I bled for 6 months straight until I got it removed

Different people react to BC differently. I've been on once a day pills (different brands) since I was 17, and never had a problem. Some people love IUDs, some people have bad reactions. So I dont know what would work for you
