I'm trying super hard to keep mine up too!!! One thing that has really helped me to save from wasting is using what's called milkies milk savers during night and morning feedings!!! you put it on your non-nursing side and it catches the let down and leaked milk while your baby nurses on the other side!!!? I've been saving anywhere from half oz to 2oz each feeding!!
