Sorry for TMI..
So I stopped bleeding around 2 weeks after I gave birth, the 3rd week was just brownish/yellow discharge then it completely stopped. So for the last 2 weeks I haven't bled or anything up until yesterday morning, I'm bleeding a lot and it's bright red, so it's not even old brownish blood, is this normal? 😩 I'm now 5 and a half weeks post baby ..

This happened to me a week after I had my first period. I mentioned at my 6 week check and the doc just said to keep an eye on it incase of infection but it stopped pretty soon after and it hasn't happened again xx
It wasn't my period 1. Because I have issues with that long story won't go into & 2. It's stopping already so unless it was a very very light & short period only 2days.
Similar situation for me @abbylouise however mine wasn't heavy just a light bleeding. However it's eased off again. I was going to ask the GP about it tomorrow at my 6weeks check.
