any advice for this carpal tunnel pain? I refuse to take tylenol for anything :/ and I've been wrapping it up at night but it's not helping much.... I'm desperate, it hurts sooooo bad! it's already hard enough to turn over at night, add on that your wrists feel broken and I just want to cry...
@kayloniandkirksmommy, I have tried wrapping with an ace bandage. it helps a little. money is kinda tight right now and braces are so expensive... but I will probably try to get one here soon and try it out. I'm getting desperate.
@blackbutterfly, I never had this problem till I started swelling at the end of my pregnancy. is that when hers started as well?
a brace of some sort? I broke my wrist 4 times, most recent being last summer, and still have to use a brace every now and then because it becomes painful. the brace eases some of the pain
monitor it my aunt was diagnosed with carpel tunnel and few years later told she had multiple sclerosis I'm pretty sure she had it for years but dumb drs misdiagnosed her with carpel tunnel when it was the beginning of her illness
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Been crying all night. My son and I are being separated and it's breaking me apart. I can't do this.
I have no friends! ?
I have no actual proper friends! I never go on nights out cos I don't have friends to go with! It doesn't usually bother me but it's starting too! My oh is busy helping his friend move today and then tonight he's out at the boxing with his mates and out after! Rhys is at his dads so it's just me and Isabella! ??

Sooooo I bought 3 goats last night ???
HELP. ASAP
Ladies, I was in the bathroom all night, I got ZERO sleep. I was constantly having to change myself all night. Every time I used the restroom, it looked like a crime scene in the toilet. Is this ER worthy? It's so much blood, idk what's happening to me but it's scaring me so much. I just wanna cry ? I cannot go to school like this and I don't want it to affect my schooling either. HELP me please ?
@bima_514, carpel tunnel is actually really common in pregnancy and will subside once you have baby. mine doesn't because of prior injuries to my wrist but I know it got 10x worse while pregnant....it was awful.
