hi new mummies. was just wondering how long baby blues takes to subside?! I'm really happy to have my son here but everyday I'm bursting into tears with pride and love for him at least 3 times a day I cry myself crazy. my little boy Jenson is 8 days old today and got his first play date with my friends 1yr old Kaiden today. bless him!! 💙 love him the whole around everyday he makes me proud 💙🍼👶

Guidelines suggest a few days, but realistically with sleep deprivation emotions are likely to run high! So longs as your experiencing happiness as well as sadness, it should subside. X

My son is 6weeks @natsbabyboy & I'm starting to feel more like myself again. Both times I have been extremely emotional after having them. Which surprised me because I've never been hormonal during either pregnancy. Anything would make me cry or get mad easily. It takes a while for your body to calm down & get over what it's been through! As long as your aware of it & are open to speak about how your feeling you'll be fine 😊

yeah I understand where you're coming from I've had so many visitors in and out the past week I've not had much mummy, daddy and baby alone time, think I need to tell them to take a step back for abit so we can rest and be a family xx @mrsmowmow
