Either these contractions need to get more frequent or they need to go away.. The pain is killing me.

go walk and squat during the contractions it'll help you dilate i went from 3cm to 10 in 3 hrs by walking untill it was time to push

Hah I have one, it's easier for me to mark when I feel one coming, once it hits I can't really focus when my uterus is trying to rip out of me.

You should download baby bump to track your contractions. It measure from start to finish and the average time between each contraction.
