having really bad back pain it hurts so bad that I can barely carry my baby around or pick her up or just walk the pain is so bad that even a heating pad warm shower and Tylenol aren't helping it hurts to the point where it takes my breath away 😭 I'm out of options and I have no idea what to do

Oh I see and I am not too sure 😕 I am a FTM but I have heard some people do have continuous back problems with epidurals even years later?
I think I pulled something earlier idk but I have scoliosis and I got the epidural when I had my baby but I don't think that would still be messing with me @babyjrsmomma
I wish I had some suggestions Momma @brudd330 😕 I hope you can get some relief and soon! I have dealt with horrible carpal tunnel to the point where it is so painful to pick up my son because my wrists can't take much strain... It is hard 😢
