I went kayaking for the first time today and was upset that I didn't tan or have any change. 3 hours later I'm red everywhere. I need advice please! Very bad sunburn. I have photos of people need to see in order to give me advice but any advice would be helpful!
Oh and does a sunburn effect the baby? Or a bad sunburn that's in our belly also???

use aloe also dermaplast helps also i have to use it on my son and husband they are red hair fair skinned. also moisturize as much as possible and drink plenty of water
no it won't effect the baby but while you are pregnant your skin is more sensitive. use aloe for you skin and keep hydrated tp help skin heal. keep covered when you go outside even for a little bit because you skin is exposes
Raw aloe is the best. Wear very loose clothes, no bra, and just stay moisturized. Try to use like after sun lotions. Sun burn isn't bad for the baby, it just make you more uncomfortable than you may already be
