So, my hygiene routine has been told to be to much... having a convo with a client about soaps and bathing. I say to her that my "lady" is sensitive to a lot. When I get in the shower I use soap to wash my hands, then l lather my hands again with soap and clean my "lady" with one hand and my "cakes"lol with the other. rinse. use my loofah (sp) on my body and a white rag for my face and neck and a colored rag for my feet....
she said I'm doing to much and I made myself sensitive to things by washing the way i do. she uses one rag and her hands for her face. "let's the water and soap run down "there" to cleanse her"...
... am i the only person who goes overboard. If you feel like i am overboard. why? also I've never used a douce or any other internal cleaning agent as she states she does every 3 months...

@yanelmarie, after a steaming shower I swear it feels so revitalizing! I always feel so fresh after the cold water rinse.

I usually wash my hair first then add conditioner let it sit. I use my hands to wash my toto with sensitive wash I rinse her out then rinse the conditioner put then I use body wash on my body with a loufa all over including feet. I use soap on my face with my hands. Then I just rinse with cold water to close my pores. I think it's simple my boyfriend thinks it's too much. I used to use a wash cloth for my toto only but I was getting bad yeast infections even with changing them out every 3 days.

I'm overboard.. I have a body rag and white face rag... I use a sensitive feminine wash for the cooter and ass.. then a wash with dove white all over and caress on my arms and legs only. I use a natural exfoliant for my face and chest (eczema on chest bid).. voila!

@sabreycastro1996, i was told that using a rag there would require a new rag often because if bacteria. so it was, best to use hands. but when i wear sandals i feel like my feet are super dirty. & my loofah makes me squeaky lol
I've heard it's certain soaps that upset the lady parts. However some women are just more sensitive down there. I was told dove soaps are more ph balanced. But idk how true it is. I could just not wash down there though lol soaps gotta get down there and clean..
I don't use douche either , I get my regular six month check up ! Douche is not good I also am allergic to soap down there so I use warm water with a different towel ..
douching is the WORST thing you can do to your lady parts😟 I use my hands as well, because they're gentle when it comes to Washing down there.

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know

My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
This lady thinks I’m wierd because I only use about one pack a month.
Like I told her you don’t always have to wash A girl with wipes you can put them in the sink with some soap and water.

A little freaked out!! The girl I work with told me and our other coworker that she gets mrsa 3 times a year. Not only that but every day she picks at her face until it literally bleeds and then she has blood on her hands, doesn't wash them and then touches everything!!! Idk what to do. Do I tell my Dr and see what she says/thinks? Im just very concerned for me and my baby's health!!
