Texas mommas! I want to get my daughter's "winter" wardrobe started. I just moved here last year and forgot when it started to cool down. Just need an estimate of when I should have her sweaters and pants made by.
Oh yeah, I didn't take into account that your baby may have been older. 😅 Light sweaters and pants should be fine, I'd have a summer set and winter set in your bag at all times. Probably just the safest way.
@jasholbert, yeah my baby walks a lot so she'll have sweaters and pants.
Lol we never had a winter here last year but after living here for 6 years and my husband being born and raised here, we say the coolest months are around January and February. I don't have a lot of winter clothes for my baby, instead I have blankets so I can cover her up.
From Alabama! So its not a huge change for me weather wise, just gets a little colder. I lived near the beach so it never really got too cold. @ya0515
@kbrown91, it was such a huge change for me! where are you from?
Good to know bc I just moved here last year too and I forgot ! @ainsleighsmumma @ya0515
@ainsleighsmumma, okay great thanks! I have a bit of time then. I'm from ny so find it funny when people wear huge winter coats down here and I'm in shorts and a tank top
Late October, unless you're in north TX then probably early October. Lived here all my life. But still keep some warm clothes out because you never really know with TX weather.
Usually by Halloween & early Nov it starts to get nippy... Doesn't get cold cold till after Christmas & even then it's not that bad & only stays cold till beginning of March:)
