no problem. like I said it won't hurt you if you do it a few times but if you have it super frequently it could potentially be harmful. I'd just avoid it and use boiling water. :)
Just buy the bag one n Do the stove or do what your "" supposed "" to do & boil the water n pour it in the cup lol & no he wants my life to be miserable

Yeah it says do not microwave my boyfriend yells at me about it all the time now he only buys the pack so I have no choice but to use the stove but like they said the styrofoam
@miracle_, the chemicals in Styrofoam can break down when microwaved and eating those chemicals CAN make you sick but that is if you eat a crap ton of them
@miracle_, you're not supposed to microwave the cup itself, you're supposed to pour boiling water into it.
I don't think it was the soup itself. if you microwave the cups instead of pouring hot water in, the prolonged ingestion of the toxins from the Styrofoam can make you sick
