I go back to work in 3 weeks, I've been pumping on and off since I came home from the hospital. how do I start building up my supply to pump more because I'm only able to get like 3 Oz when I pump on both sides and I don't want to pump so much that I take away from the baby.
also any tips on introducing a bottle.

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
I pumped 12 oz today 6 oz from each breast
I now have a baby that won't drink from a bottle.....for now at least, 3 Walmart bags full of milk and I honestly wouldn't pump if I didn't have to. I wish I knew a mother in need near me, I remember the overwhelming stress of every drop.
took me 10 minutes to pump this from both breast after feeding Ethan for 25 minutes. My milk supply is going crazy yesterday I pumped 8 bottles my milk stash is going to be great
