How long did it take you mamas to get back on a regular menstrual cycle after baby? I'm 5 months pp and I'm not having any regularity.

your body can be in post pardon for a while. sometimes it can take 6-8 months before you see an actual cycle. everything is fine. I didnt have a cycle till 6 months post
