Any advice?

My son is 1 month old and he spits up during his night and morning bottles. He eats 4 ounces every 3 hours. He is on formula (No bashing, I cannot breast feed). But he spits up 3/4 times with each feeding regardless of how much I burp him. And sometimes he spits up for up to 2 hours later. He seems to do fine during the day though... Any ideas? 🙏🏼

My son spits up more when he eats too fast. If you can go to a smaller nipple size you could try that. Otherwise what @jaxmomma said

Try keeping his feedings smaller and closer together. So try keeping him at 2-3 ounces. You'll just have to feed more often. That's what I had to do for my son and still doing it.

he could be getting too much at night, try giving three ounces instead of four. he'll pick up the slack during the day

Momma's that Formula Feed..

Momma's that Formula Feed.. Do your babies spit up after? And if they do how much? My daughter will be fed and burped and she'll spit up an hour or two hours later and its a lot. Anyone else experiencing this?

Okay, I cant take seeing my baby like this anymore . What saved your life helping a baby with a milk allergy and acid reflux ? He’s on nutramigen and it’s helped with his spit up not being clumpy and rotten but the spit up is still so much and 4-5 times every feeding . I’ve tried 2 medicines . Multiple formulas . He screams the second he stops feeding until he burps and it all comes out . I dont know what else to do for him 😭😭

Waking to feed? My dd is a week old and I was told by her doctor to wake her every 2 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night to feed her. For the first 3 days I did that and when I would wake her fit a night feeding she was fussy and usually wouldn't go back to sleep and would want to nurse constantly until about 9 am. I tried not waking her last night and she slept beautifully! She woke up around 6 hours in and ate then slept another hour or so and ate again. Is it ok to let her sleep?
