The only reason it hasn't been proven safe is it isn't ethical to do a study where you assign women to take or not take a medication like that, and there's no other way to "prove" it. But women have been getting it for decades without bad effects, which is a pretty good indicator that it's safe. That's the same way they know Tylenol is safe - no ill effects reported. In other words, get the TDAP. There's no evidence that it's unsafe and babies with whooping cough can stop breathing and end up in the hospital or dead, and the vaccine can prevent that.
I didn't get it. I've never had it nor will I. Just like she said you can't prove its safe because it unethical. So no one knows for sure. But then again I don't vaccinate, so it's ultimately up to you.

I got it. it just hurt the day after not everybody and it wasn't excruciating pain just rub the area and stretch your arm!!

I didn't get it. I've never had it nor will I. Just like she said you can't prove its safe because it unethical. So no one knows for sure. But then again I don't vaccinate, so it's ultimately up to you.
