So I'm breast feeding and one of my breast hurts on the side. It feels like it's really full and painful. No matter how long I pump it it still hurts. Anyone else have this issue or know what's the cause? Thanks!

Thanks, what is caking? An I have a lot of milk might be why

could be from your body making more milk than you can pump/feed.

Heating pad, a warm shower, massaging while pumping/feeding and even stimulate the nipple to allow a let down, hand press into a bottle while massaging downwards. If nothing helps, go see your doctor and have them check your breast out to make sure your not caking.
