bit of a personal one... when did you ladies do the deed after giving birth? ( how long after) been 4 weeks now my bleeding has calmed down but I'm still a little achey down below but I feel ready. but so nervous 🙈🙈

Was 4 weeks for me and it was too soon! Didn't try again until about 6/7 weeks only now at 11 it's starting to not hurt as much xx

I had a 3rd degree tear so was 9weeks with my 1st. I was so anxious. It's been 6weeks this time & I want to but I had another 3rd/4th degree tear so I'm worried again. Waiting for my 6week check Wednesday then will decide if I'm brave enough to try!
