so ive been feeling a bit odd today having some cramping on and off today feeling like i have to go to the restroom but nothing comes out

so im washing dishes and i feel a slight trickle really didnt pay it any mind just thought it was alot of discharge but its weird because it smells like pineapples

ive heard amino fluid smells sweet is that true??
