Yeah I know your first period can be as heavy as lochia bleeding. Mine was heavier than usual. I've had 3 periods since birth and they're getting back to normal and routine just takes time.
Your first period you get will usually be much heavier than normal.
Okay, I'm almost 2 months post partum. My period just returned Thursday and I'm bleeding extremely heavy like never before. I just bled through 2 pads AND a tampon. I put on that much because I've done one pad like I'm used to doing and it keeps coming through my clothes. What's up with that !!??????

I broke down at my moms house today ... because of the debt we owe and Passover is coming and it’s a very expensive holiday ... it was just way too much .... my mom i guess told my brother that I’m suffering and he called me over and asked me why i didn’t just ask for help, and offered to help when i need it . And gave me basically 4K to help for the month and if i need more to ask ... now one thing about me , is that i will suffer silently and won’t ask for help.... I’ve always been that way. ...
