Im not sure how this site works but I want to give some advice about anemia. Last week I developed anemia and wasn't aware I noticed my skin got very light but thought it was since I don't go out much my pregnant glow was also gone and I was more tired than usually. I also went to a pregnancy agency and the staff told me to get my anemia checked and take prenatal but I really don't like taking medications. Anyways my boyfriend got really upset with me and told me to pick out a prenatal vitamins online and he will go buy walmart and get it I didn't want to but he told me what the women said and I honestly must have been drifting towards passing out since I never heard or recalled her saying that to me. anyways he bought them after work and brought home a t-bone steak from Dennys for me to have for breakfast for iron since red meats are a great source. I ate and took the vitamins and within minutes the room looked brighter and I felt more awake, 2 days later my skin returned to normal and my pregnant glow has been brighter every since. My point to this post is to remind you all to please take your prenatal vitamins when you find out your pregnant and do not forgot to eat meats! I stopped eatting meat and began eatting mostly fruit which I still do eat mostly fruit since all I ever feel hungry for is pears and apples, as healthy as that is its not enough when pregnant so please remember to eat healthy and not remove foods from your diet. I recommend taking one-a-day prenatal vitamins it comes in a box with a 30 day supply of prenatal multivitamins and 30 day supply of prenatal gel capsule. And drink 8-12 waters a day.
