My back is killing me and my fiancé bought some lidocaine patches... Is it safe for me to use?

My doctor told me to use bengay and works amazing! Also ice hot patches are safe according to my doctor.

See I always heard icy hot wasn't safe! That's the only reason why I haven't used it. @mrs.castro05

@xalyssasays, I don't use them but ask your doctor before you do to be on the safe side. My doctor said they were fine but every doctor has their own opinion.

@mrs.castro05, yeah they all do. I hadn't asked my doctor yet but I go on Friday so I'll have to ask because I'd love to use some icy hot lol
