I would take her in. Baby's skin is so sensitive I wouldn't risk trying cortisone or anything.. Plus they could help you determine why she is getting it

My child's butt was just like that! Instead of desitin try going natural and don't put a diaper on for as long as you can, for no accidents it's better after a bowl movement. It helped my son! Took 2 days for his butt to get back to normal. Good luck momma 🙂

Poor baby when you put diaper rash cream on make sure the area is dry and that when you put the rash creme on put it on like your putting icing on a cake thick

It looks like an allergic reaction to the diaper.

it might be the diapers your using and if it has puss pockets or looks like it getting worse I would take her in cause that's severe @belle6414

Cornstarch is like the best butt rash remedy.

my daughters butt looks like that!!!! i havent changed anything but she tried some new foods! its still not gone after 4 days and ice tried sooo much!

@savvysmom, my girls butt has gotten so much better after I used stopped using luvs diapers.i used Destin for a day and I let her go without a diaper too for a few hours another day and now there is tiny spots that are struggling to go away
