Okay so my doctor suggested I supplement with formula since Noah was early and he wanted to make sure he was getting enough nutrition. Well my milk supply came in and I'm producing plenty for him. I'd really rather not be giving any formula whatsoever since I'm able to produce enough milk but now I'm over here over thinking and wondering if I should continue to supplement as well. Someone please tell me I'm just being crazy lol.

dont supplement unless hes not gaining weight. you should both be fine breastfeeding!

Breastfeed breastfeed breastfeed, babies tummies are sooooo tiny, just bc they eat so often does not mean they aren't getting enough to eat! Go with your gut.

Don't supplement! I hate when I hear doctors say that. Just feed him a lot and don't worry unless he doesn't gain weight. I'm sure he will do great just nursing!

unless he has a major weight problem don't supplement!!!! I had to supplement with my daughter because she refused to gain weight and we had to put her on high calorie formula and it killed my supply:(

As long as he keeps making lots of diapers and gaining weight there is no need to supplement. Trust your instincts!
