OMG!!! Can anyone please help me, my hip bones have really been hurting me since yesterday afternoon. I've tried the body pillow, warm bath, and Tylenol...nothing seems to work...the pain is so unbearable it got me in tears. I'm currently 31w5d!!!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I lay down a lot. I never take pain medication, pregnant or not. It's just my hips stretching, but this is the worst I've had it

How are you dealing with it, and did you mention it to your doctor? @babes101116 ...I go in tomorrow, so I'm going to see what my doctor say but like @juneonfire mentioned I'm going to try the ice pack to see if that works. I can't see how ppl can tolerate this...it's so awful 😳 I just hope it doesn't last for a long time.

I try not to take medication either, but the pain was so awful and still is...I had to give in, but I'm going to try the ice pack. If it doesn't work unfortunately I'll just have to deal with it...Thank you so much @juneonfire

my doctor said yoi could either take some Tylenol or try an ice pack. personally i try not to take medication while pregnant so i tried the ice pack. unfortunately it didnt work for me :/ but it does go down after a while

Yes it does, but it's even worst when I lay down...I have tossed and turn all night and even this morning. I try to move around, but it’s not helping either. So I just don't know what to do...

its the widening unfortunately :/ does it get worse when you stand up? i had this really bad. it has calmed down a lot though, now it just hurts a little when i get out of bed.
