Should I Start My 3-Month-Old on Rice Cereal for Nutrition?
So quick question. My daughter will be 3 months tomorrow and my MIL bought me rice cereal and told me I needed to start Ivy on it. Well I said no and that I wasn't going to start her on that until she was 5 to 6 months becuse that was my goal for strictly breastfeeding. She gave me this look and told me Ivy was going to suffer from poor nutrition because my breastmilk wouldn't provide her with enough. And she told me mine and my husband's relationship would would be ending soon because I'm being selfish. So my question is am I wrong on breastfeeding Ivy that long. Like should I start her earlier.
Note when I do start her, she will only get it at night before bed

Smh just keep doing what you're doing. You're doing a great job! Don't listen to nonsense the milk you have is way better

Keep doing what you're doing. Don't let anyone tell you what to feed your child, and especially don't let her tell your relationship will be ending soon

No mama you're fine. Caleigha has been strictly breastfed for a year and she's 22lbs! Healthy as can be! Drs recommend breastfeeding for as long as you can because it's extremely high in nutrition for baby. You don't need to give her anything. Caleigha didn't start solids until 8mo!

Breast-fed babies don't actually need any food until a year, they even say "food for fun until their one". Lol. Food is just a discovery type thing when their ebf.
