Always keep crackers by your bed and eat a few before getting out of bed. And also drink ginger ale or sprite along with it. If it gets really bad and persist for a while, then ask for samples or a prescription of these( if your insurance will pay for it) they are a life saver! They take about 3 days to get used to but after that. They may the mornings a breeze and things manageable. If u do have to get these pills, only start with one at night then see how that does the first week. Then follow the directions in the prescription. Some days will be worse than others. But I pray you only have morning sickness in the morning. Mines is all day!
@nolans1stlove, thank you..... I'm new to all this so I'm just trying to get as much advice as I can....ill talk to my doctor I'll see him Monday about it....
I'm new to it also. My first child and he's perfectly healthy at 24 weeks but he has given momma hell! Lol. But I love him from the moment I found out! Let the medicine be your last resort. If you do choose it, I will say some insurance companies will not pay for it cause it is expensive for some and they will basically not fill the prescription and then you have to get promethazine pills and those I do not like the way hey made me feel at all. Like a constant state of zombie. I couldn't get over it even after taking it for 3 days. So I stopped taking it. These are way more safer. You feel like a zombie the next morning for the 1st couple days then you start feeling amazing. I only take them now when I can't manage my nausea/vomit.
@nolans1stlove, yeah mines really bad in the mornings I'm going to try the spirt and crackers before Medicine like you said last thing I want to use it...
