@jayraemama, it's a picture frame, ribbon, baby cloths pins and hot glue gun. I glued the ribbon on the back to hold the bows, and glued the cloths pins along the bottom for the headbands. I had some flowers and got her letters for her name and glued those at the top.

I did mine in one day.. glue gun!! lol

I'm in the process of making one of these too, though I'm unsure if I'll ever finish.
