@hannahlouf95, for breakfast: 1 starch, all the veggies u want, protein no fruits
2 hrs later snack on a starch nd protein
lunch: 2 starches 1 fruit as much veggies as u want and protein
2 hrs later a snack of protien nd starch
dinner: 1 starch 1 fruit as much veggies as u want nd more protein
2 hrs later a final snack. of protein nd starch
no cold cerceal or juices
I ate whatever I wanted just watched my portions and checked my sugar
