Hey mummies, for those who are anemic whilst pregnant, did you get just iron pills or did you get an option of an iron injection? my mum and dad are worried about me after Melody's birth, being a little malnourished due to depression. They want me to take chinese herbal soup to recuperate faster but my cousin suggested iron injections? xx

I had the pills but never took them. I had EXTREME constipation while pregnant ( like I didn't have a proper poo for nearly 2 months) so no way was I taking them lol

I got given iron tablet but they made me so ill so I stopped taking them I haven't heard and didn't get offered iron injections or I would of taken them they should like a really good idea xx
