I don't breastfeed and I've had a couple drinks w hubby. I just make sure I'm in for the night
if you choose to pump and dump save the milk, you can use it for a bath. Some have a glass of wine and still feed....if you choose to have a bottle of wine do not feed and save milk, it helps babies skin. ;) @teonnamonai
pump and dump is when you pump your breasts and dump the milk if you drink because the milk contains the alcohol you consumed so you have to throw it away

I waited probably a month and a half before having a drink. I am ebf and I love my microbrews. I followed the if you can drive you can breastfeed rule and it worked just fine. If I was unable to feed baby I pumped to mimic any feedings. I've had no issue with supply yet and baby is almost 6 months old. I say enjoy a drink but be mindful. 😊
At a month old I had my boyfriend take my son I went and drew myself a hit hot bath...had about a half bottle of wine...Mommas need a break too! Just make sure you pump and dump (:
I'm breastfeeding and I waited about two weeks. I pumped and dumped like I was told but now my supply is jacked up, I suggest you wait!
don't forget ladies. not only pump and dump but still have to give your body a little time for the alcohol to pass before you feed again. I can't wait to have my first nice cold guinness! Best wishes. ❤
