so far when i got checked last I was only a finger tip and still pretty hard :(

Don't stress it. I was 39 weeks and still only a finger tip dilated and ended up rupturing my water bag and delivering my daughter at 39 weeks + 3. You really never know how fast it could happen.

I barely dropped 4 days before. I delivered 2 days after my due date, when every appointment she said that I was thick and high (my cervix) it literally can happen so fast, one moment I was like is this baby ever gonna come, and the next moment I had a contraction and gave birth the next morning!
