Sooo... I peed in the bed last night. Lmao. Yo it was so embarrassing. I was asleep and in my dream I was on the toilet peeing and then I heard the pissing sound and somehow I woke up and I realized I was peeing in real life and I jumped up lol omg. Thankfully, hubby wasn't phased by it. He just thought it was funny. Lol I haven't pissed in the bed since I was a kid!

Is there anything that exists that will "catch" my breastmilk that leaks out while I'm sleeping? Like not a nursing pad that soaks it up but something that actually catches it so that I can give it to baby.

In honor of #blackbreastfeedingweek I can honestly say this breastfeeding journey has been good to me nonetheless. Though I endured a bit of frustration, it has been a successful journey thus far and I LOVE the bond and joy that it brings me to be able to nourish and nurture my daughter through my body. Also, it is encouraging me to eat better and take better care of myself for her! #blackbreastfeedingweek

I accidentally left 3oz of breastmilk out of the fridge for too long and now it's gone to waste. Is there anything I can do with it to still put it to use? Is it still good to put in baby's bath? Should I just dump it? FTM. Please comment.
