I want to start pumping and freezing but it seems I'm only pumping what he needs to eat for the day 🤔 wondering what can I do to increase my milk flow lol ??

I always pump after i feed Jacob (5 weeks tomorrow). Been yielding anywhere from 3-5.5 oz after he gets his full. Just from one pump a day (mornings are best since you produce the most in the morning) I have quite the stash already.
