okay I need some advice.... for the past few nights my baby has been pushing out and making me so uncomfortable and it's really painful, I get short of breath and sharp pains.... does that mean she will be coming soon?

Mom's that went natural no meds , was it painful? Or painful PAINFUL ? I got an epidural last time but I wanna go no meds...
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
I go to bathroom every second and I have round ligament pain all the time
Anything I can put on a burn to relieve the pain?
I also been having vaginal pain it was to the point I went and got tested for aids/HIV/std/bv and everything came back negative, my doctor told me there's a part in the vagina that holds everything together and is not meant to be stretched and mines is stretching... I begged them to induce my labor because of the pain and they told me to go another 3wks 😢😢😢
