Had a fall earlier on while shopping, landed on my knee but it was quite high up, felt okay and carried on walking round but as I've got home I've got cramps & back pain. Don't know if I've just jolted myself or if I've hurt bump. What shall I do??

My Hospital Bag List
Here is a list of all the stuff I've got packed for the hospital for anyone that is wondering what to pack!
babybump_user For those of us that do not have great insurance (for example I have a 70/30 plan)
