Had a fall earlier on while shopping, landed on my knee but it was quite high up, felt okay and carried on walking round…

Had a fall earlier on while shopping, landed on my knee but it was quite high up, felt okay and carried on walking round but as I've got home I've got cramps & back pain. Don't know if I've just jolted myself or if I've hurt bump. What shall I do??
