So whenever I sit down for any period of time, and then get up.. My downstairs area & "Pubic bone" especially are really really painful for atleast 5 mins every time, sometimes longer. My back and lower region is pretty achey all the time .. Is this spd?

There just exercises on how to roll over and get up etc but there's not a lot they can do apart from support belts

Am I right in saying that the only thing the GP / midwife suggests is physiotherapy? :(
Yeah it is and it tends to get much worse till the pain can be constant and severe
