hand squeeze your nips that'll make it come out. I hand squeeze sometimes & it's like I get more than actually pumping. & if your breast feel lumpy that means you're engorged. I woke up one morning to huge hard breast they hurt too, I had my bf massage them & I squeezed & a lot of milk came out

yes but mine were lumpy during labor so lumpy doesnt always mean the milk is in yet but trust me youll know.

Leaking is no indication of colostrum being present. I didn't leak until my milk had fully come in which was a week or so after my son was born.

I haven't "leaked" yet either lol hope it's not powder!! @trevae

@trevae, lmao..@tucker2016, they are sore and feels lumpy. I tried but nothing came out yet.

I wanna know too, women on like here 30 weeks saying that they leaking already.. I haven't seen a drop from mines...guess I got powdered milk...lol

Try pumping or hand extracting and see what comes out.

Your actual milk doesn't come in until after you have the baby like 2-5 days after. Right now you just have colostrum.
