nooooo girl save it lol! colostrum is just as beneficial as regular.
I guess I thought it would be better to save it once it's actual milk but if y'all think it's ok to save I totally will
why wouldn't you save it? you can freeze it ya know it'll be good for months & milk is good refrigerated for 5 days I believe
30 minutes total not on each but that milk will be bad in 6 hours so be careful you don't want to have issues when your little one is born
