why wouldn't you save it? you can freeze it ya know it'll be good for months & milk is good refrigerated for 5 days I believe

in 15 Minutes I had two contractions and a half ounce of colostrum

30 minutes total not on each but that milk will be bad in 6 hours so be careful you don't want to have issues when your little one is born
