I'm allowed to drink red bull ?

It's best you don't not only because of the crazy caffeine but the stuff it has may not be good for baby's heart I mean I'm all for drinking and eating everything but I did stay away from that and boy it was hard I craved it my whole pregnancy

Ok so red bull has 80mg I wish I knew red bull themselves say it's safe to consume I thought it had way more caffeine 😩 man I wanna choke now I craved it every day whole pregnant 😂

drink it, sparingly I SHARED one with my partner while we drove to Texas. my baby's heart rate is fine. but if course you have to watch sugar and caffeine

I would say little sips here and there but not a full one to yourself my mom did back then and me and my twin have heart murmurs mines gone because of my son but my brother has it and if he drinks one it's not a good ending but for my personal opinion I would say every now and then have a sip lol
