oh my doctor didn't say anything to me at all

I was told I can't for 4 weeks. If I was to get in an accident insurance wouldn't cover because my paperwork says 4 weeks. My staples are out and no pain meds so I feel fine but doctor said no :(

because I had my csection a week and 2 days ago and I had got my staples out on Monday and I want to drive my car since I had my csection I been letting my fiance drive me around. but I am kind a scare because I don't want my stitches in the inside to come a loose
