Castor Oil! I was desperate at 40w 2d, so I read up on it. You can make a milkshake with 1/4 castor oil, 1/4 cup milk & 1 1/2 cup of ice cream. It will give you diarrhea, but nothing extreme & it'll end before your contractions begin. I have heard really bad things about castor oil your baby and can invest it to and move their bowels inside of you. Works for some not for others

@mommyof3handsomeboys, thanks, but I have a few friends who took castor oil and ended up needing an emergency c section because it caused the baby to have a bowel movement in utero. I don't want to take any chances

@dayala615, try walking ! ive been walking my pups like crazy and it helps the cramps get started! just beware contractions on your back are EXTREMELY painful lol.. you as well!!
