I've been on meds since 5pm yesterday and I'm still only a 1.... this sucks. Their figuring out what they want to do

good luck.. the same thing happened to me and i made more progress after they broke my water and I got my epidural i didnt have any progress the first 13 hrs i was in the hospital either

@emaleejoy, @newmommy0906 hopefully that's my luck. they couldn't break my water cause my cervix is still think so they put the bed in a throne position to put pressure on my cervix and try to thin it

I had my water broken and it started things more (: ask if you can walk after they break it! It'll put more pressure on your cervix and help dilation! My water broke with my second but it was a slow leak so finally after about 19 hours I went from a 4 to a 6 and she broke the rest of my water (on accident) and I went from a 6 to a 10 in like 2 hours!

@amber188, wowno wonder why. They started pitocin with me after a few hours of the balloon. Was in labor for 22 hours. Praying a safe and fast delivery

@newmommy0906, no their just gonn up the pitocin and break my water 😑

Sorry to hear that did they put a balloon up you they helped me dilate to 5
