Hello ladies I don't really know if i have a strept throat or sore throat but my throat bothers alot do you have any suggestions on what I should do?
Hmm, if you don't like honey at least try the tea alone. Plus the salt water helps heal too-just make sure not to swallow it. Green tea has good antioxidants that help. Plus Tylenol is okay for pain or any of the Tylenol cold meds. Benadryl and Claritin are okay but that will probably not be much for a sore throat. Hopefully it passes. I caught two colds during my pregnancy and it was miserable ):
@babyrossmommy, ughh i hate the feeling of being sick 😫
I avoided my whole pregnancy until last week. Sorry Hun. But there is something going around. Even my friend who lives a state over had the exact same thing
@babyrossmommy, dont say that i been trying to avoid getting sick for so long
There is a nasty flu going around that starts with the throat.. I had it and it took like 2-3 days for the pain to go away.
Gargle with warm salt water. Cough drops are okay also. Hot tea with honey. Or just a spoonful of honey. Honey will cost your throat so that it feels better and also heals naturally. Turn the shower on hot and sit in the steam - or humidifier. Hopefully some of this helps. Good luck momma!
My gramma always told me honey. Add it into tea or just eat a tablespoon of it.
ladies I do believe we have a fake 😒
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Do I have to give up spicy food
IF WHEN I HAVE MY BABY I DONT WANT MY BD OR HIS FAMILY TO EVER C HER WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO???
Every time I eat I feel like I have something stuck in the back of my throat after. It's driving me insane
have someone look at the back of your throat. if u have white spots. i have strep and need some antibiotics. it wouldn't go away without it. if no white spots then u can try non-herbal decaffeinated tea with lemon and honey. cough drops...vitamin c drops and gargling with salt water
