So I think I am ready for her to be in her own room. She is almost 3 months. I think it will be the best for the both of us. I am still waking her when she moves around at night. I think if she is in her room I won't here it so she will fall back to sleep and I will sleep better also. So of course I make this decision and my husband tells me she rolled to her side today. Now he is all freaked out about the idea of her being alone. Now I am worried also but I want to hear positive stories about moving your child into their bedroom and how old were they when you decided. Thank you in advance!!
When we sleep in the room together I put on a fan so she is used to that. @theinkedmommy
She already sleeps in her crib for naps. We have her trained to sleep everywhere and anywhere. Floor, pack n play and crib! She is sleeping in the pack n play in the spare room with me at the moment. So tonight it will be officially the first night in her crib and bedroom all by herself! I am excited yet nervous. But I think everyone will sleep better. (Hopefully) @angelao777
I had my son in a pack n play bassinet once I started moving him from our room. I just moved it a little bit each night towards his room till I made it to his room and that helped me feel comfortable. Then he went in his crib and did great. We lived in a 1 story house then but now live in a 2 story, luckily with this one his bedroom will be right across the hallway.
I too couldn't sleep well because of my baby stirring in his bassinet beside me. I started putting him in his room at 4 weeks and he's been perfectly fine. I go in when he cries to change and feed him and he goes right back to sleep. I swaddle my son in those velcro things because I'm paranoid of using a blanket that may cover his face. I think it hurts the mommy more than the baby to go to their room lol
My daughter was turning on her side a few weeks coming home from the hospital and she sleeps really crazy like she like to pull the covers over her face she likes to sleep face down and i always move her but she goes right back into her position I feel like it she knows to get up if she can't breath it sounds stupid cause she a baby and really doesn't know but I think she knows lol she 8months today she's been sleeping alone since she was born she slept wit me a few times but she likes her space
I'm sure she'll do great :) Good luck! @nykky779
