@usmcwife, I'm sorry! My back hurt so bad. The heating pad and a warm shower was my best friend! Hope you find some relief soon!

I went out and got a heating pad instead, decided not to risk it and it wasn't worth calling them right now @haydensmommy5 thanks for commenting 😊
