My pregnancy has been easy for the most part BUT now I done hit this 3rd trimester and my back want to all of a sudden start hurting like its been hurting for a few hours 😒

Pain management please 🙋🏽 my son been moving a lot my back and legs been cramping and my whole body just hurts. Then my stomach been numb and irritating at the bottom. Oh yeah on top of that I have heartburn out the ass 🤦🏽♀️
